Features:

1. Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
2. The paint used on the frames are no lead content which means the lead is below 0.06mg/L.
3. The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
4. All of our products are clean wiped with out any dust. Why? The finishing coat is made at one no-dust workshop in our factory.
5. Only +/- 1mm random error is allowed on the product sizes.
6. 5 Layers master carton is used to protect the goods from any damage from our warehouse to yours.
7. The normal individual packign can be changed to others such as colorful labels with white box, printed colorful box, PDQ packing.
8. The finishing of the frames are handmade by the workers. So each frame you buy from us is solo one in the world.

FQAS:

1. How much you need to pay for the samples?

If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.

2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?

The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.

3. What kind of QC is done in our factory?

We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.

In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.

4. What can we do for you after the goods is shipped out?

For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.

5. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?

Usually, we will give you the reply immediately and if it is out of our working hours, we will give you the feedback within 12 hours.
