Features:
 

1. The MDF materials we use are up to standard E1 or Carb2.
2. The frame moulding, glass or the back of the frame are cut by digital machine. The machine is connected to the computer. And our workers adjust their sizes in computer program to make sure the random error between the actual sizes and the required sizes is within 1mm difference.
3. The paint used on the frames are no lead content which means the lead is below 0.06mg/L.
4. 100% handmade finishing on the frame shows the optional style of the products.
5. The finishing coat is made in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. So for the finished items, their surface is without any dust.
6. The surface of the product will be polished by machine fristly and then by skilled workers. In this way, before next paint, the surface of the product is as smooth as possible.
7. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
8. The individual packing can be changed from Pizza box to other kind box such as closed box, window box, colorful box.
