1. The pizza box we use for the individual packing is white color and the white is just like the pearl white. We also can make other kind of white such glossy white if you need.
2. All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
3. The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
4. The paint used in the frames is very clean which is ok for RoHS. For example, the lead content is very low, which is less than 0.06mg/L.
5. Only +/- 1mm random error is allowed on the product sizes.
6. The last finishing step is 100% handmade by skilled workers. Each product you order is an unique in the world.
7. Every item in the mass production is without any dust because the last coat is painted in one no dust workshop.
8. Before each painting, the surface of each product is polished smoothly.

FQAS:

1. How about the charges if you need some samples from us?

You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.

2. How does our QC team work in our factory?

We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.

In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.

3. When can you get the information you need from us after you contact with us?

The longest time is 12 hours.

4. If you order a sample, when can you get it?

We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.

5. What can we do for you after the goods is shipped out?

For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
