Features:
 

1. The MDF used in all the products are environmental. Its hazardous substance contents are conformed to the international standard such as RoHS. Our always used MDF is Carb2 Standard, which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L. And other standard MDF can be provided such E1 or E0.
2. The paint used on the frames are no lead content which means the lead is below 0.06mg/L.
3. The sizes of the products are controlled to cut by the digital machine which is attached to computer. The workers can easily to control the random error at the range of + / - 1 mm.
4. The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
5. All of our products are clean wiped with out any dust. Why? The finishing coat is made at one no-dust workshop in our factory.
6. Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This etep is ensure that next paint can cover the product homogeneously.
7. Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.
8. The Wood we use is for FSC standard and we can show the FSC certification to you if you need.

Usually, we will give you the reply immediately and if it is out of our working hours, we will give you the feedback within 12 hours.
 
2. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?
 
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.

4. What kind of QC is done in our factory?
 
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
 
5. What we can do for protection of the goods during the long distance transportation?
 
Some filler will be added in to the cartons such as PEP bag, Foam Sheet to give enough protection for the goods to reduce the risk of possible damage which is caused in the long transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
