3. The sizes of the products are controlled to cut by the digital machine which is attached to computer. The workers can easily to control the random error at the range of + / - 1 mm.
4. The last finishing step is 100% handmade by skilled workers. Each product you order is an unique in the world.
5. The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking..
6. The surface of each product is polished as smooth as possible before each paint to make sure the finished paint is nice looking
7. All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
8. Mail order packing or drop test packing is workable for us because we have some customers who specialize in online business. So we have much experience in this kind packing.
9. The glass is washed by the water in the machine and dried in the machine as well. So the glass is very clean and no dirty mark on it in the product.

It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
 
3. How about the charges if you need some samples from us?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
 
4. What we can provide with you after the goods is shipped out from our factory?
 
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
 
5. What kind of QC is done in our factory?
 
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment
