2. The digital cutting machine is used to product the frames or backs or glass. To make sure the random error of the required sizes is within 2mm. It means the range is from + 1mm to - 1mm.
3. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
4. The products you purchase from us are almost handmade. So there is no other one which is the same with the one your buy.
5. In the mass production, each frame of this kind is very clean with no dust. The reason is that the last coat of each frame is painted in the dust-free plant.
6. The surface of the product will be polished by machine firstly and then by skilled workers. In this way, before next paint, the surface of the product is as smooth as possible
7. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
8. Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.

1. When can you get the information you need from us after you contact with us?
 
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.
 
2. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?
 
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
 
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.
 
4. How about the after sales service we can provide?
 
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
 
5. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
 
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
