100% handmade finishing on the frame shows the optional style of the products.
The MDF can meet either E1 or Carb2 Standard. The difference is that E1 is for European standard and Carb2 is for USA standard.
In the mass production, each frame of this kind is very clean with no dust. The reason is that the last coat of each frame is painted in the dust-free plant.
The sizes of the products can be controlled within the random error which from plus 1 mm to minus 1 mm. Because all the frame moulding, or back or glass is cut by the machine which is connected to the computers so the workers can easily cut them very accurately.
Only free-lead paint is used for the painting on the frame.
5 Layers master carton is used to protect the goods from any damage from our warehouse to yours.
The normal individual packign can be changed to others such as colorful labels with white box, printed colorful box, PDQ packing.

FQAS:

1. After the goods is shipped out to you, what will we do for you?

For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.

2. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?

The longest time is 12 hours.

3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?

You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order..

4. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?

The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.

5. What kind of QC is done in our factory?

Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment.
