Features:
 

1. The moulding or MDF board are cut by the machine. For their sizes, they are controlled by the digital computer. The difference range of the sizes is from + 1mm to – 1 mm which is very accurate.
2. The paint used in the frames is very clean which is ok for RoHS. For example, the lead content is very low, which is less than 0.06mg/L.
3. MDF we use to produce the frames are up to the standard E1 at least, which content formaldehyde is no more than 1.5mg/L. And Carb2 and E0 MDF also are workable fur us if the customers need.
4. The product is needed to polish three time at least before next paint to make sure that the paint can easily attach to the surface of the product.
5. The products you purchase from us are almost handmade. So there is no other one which is the same with the one your buy.
6. The finishing coat of each item is made in the dust-free workshop. In this plant, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products.
7. Drop test can be required if you need the mailorder packing.
8. 5 Layers master carton is used to protect the goods from any damage from our warehouse to yours.

1. After the goods is shipped out to you, what will we do for you?
 
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
 
2. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?
 
The longest time is 12 hours.
 
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order..

The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
 
5. What kind of QC is done in our factory?
 
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons.
