Features:
 

1. All the finishing is 100% hand made by skilled workers. So for each piece of the product, it is the only one in the world.
2. No dust on the surface of every item we produce is what we promise to our customer.
3. Our master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/ and the middle paperboard is 100g/ and the inner paperboard is 120g/. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.
4. Every side of the product is perfectly polished before their painting.
5. Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production. It means the content of formaldehyde is very low.
6. The items are cut by machine which is digital controlled by the computer and the precision of the machine can be plus / minus two millimeters based on the customers’ required sizes.
7. The paint we use are environmental, which contains lead less than 0.06%.
8. The packing for each item can be varied such as shrink wrap, bubble bag, PEP bag, white box with labels, printed colorful box and so on.

1. How about the QC system in our factory?
 
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
 
2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
 
Usually the samples can be finished in 3 to 5 days. However, if your samples order is a little complex, maybe it will take one or two more days.
 
3. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?
 
We promise we will reply the customers within 12 hours in working days.
 
4. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
