4. The finishing coat is made in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. So for the finished items, their surface is without any dust.
5. The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
6. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
7. Only +/- 1mm random error is allowed on the product sizes.
8. Polishing the surface of each product before next paint is a necessary step. This step makes sure the paint can adhere to the surface of the product good enough.

1. Does the samples are free to provide or not?

The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there is an order from your side.
