Features:

1. The pizza box we normally use as the individual packing for the item can be changed to closed white box if you need.
2. The last finishing step is 100% handmade by skilled workers. Each product you order is an unique in the world.
3. Before each painting, the surface of each product is polished smoothly.
4. The frame moulding, glass or the back of the frame are cut by digital machine. The machine is connected to the computer. And our workers adjust their sizes in computer program to make sure the random error between the actual sizes and the required sizes is within 1mm difference.
5. The paint we use on the frame is very good paint which is up to the RoHS or CE standard.
6. All of our products are clean wiped with out any dust. Why? The finishing coat is made at one no-dust workshop in our factory.
7. The master cartons and pizza box are very strong to protect the goods during the transportation to the customers.
8. All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is evens less if the customers need.

1. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?

You will get the samples in 3-5 working days based on the quantity you ordered.

2. How much you need to pay for the samples?

You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.

3. When can you get the information you need from us after you contact with us?

The longest time is 12 hours.

4. What can we do for you after the goods is shipped out?

For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.

5. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?

Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always says that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
