1. Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production..
2. The paint we use are environmental, almost is lead Free.
3. The items are cut by machine which is digital controlled by the computer and the precision of the machine can be plus / minus two millimeters based on the customers’ required sizes.
4. The last finishing step is 100% handmade by skilled workers. Each product you order is an unique in the world.
5. The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
6. Our master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/ and the middle paperboard is 100g/ and the inner paperboard is 120g/. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.
7. The quality of the white pizza box is up to the international standard.
8. Rust prevention is obligatory to do on the hardness before they are used in the mass production.

2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
 
3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.
 
3. After the goods is shipped to you, what kind of service you will still enjoy?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
4. Why our price term is FOB Wuhan
 
Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading..
 
5. What kind of QC is done in our factory?
 
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
