Features:
 

1. The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
2. The frame moulding, glass or the back of the frame are cut by digital machine. The machine is connected to the computer. And our workers adjust their sizes in computer program to make sure the random error between the actual sizes and the required sizes is within 1mm difference.
3. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
4. The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
5. The finishing coat of all the products are sprayed in one workshop which we call it dust-free plant. So the products are really clean without any dust.
6. The product is needed to polish three time at least before next paint to make sure that the paint can easily attach to the surface of the product.
7. All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
8. The mail order packing and drop testing packing is workable for us as we have some customers who specialized in buying them.

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?

It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
 
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side..
 
4. After the goods is shipped to you, what kind of service you will still enjoy?
 
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
 
5. How does our QC team work in our factory?
 
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing.
