1. Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production.
2. The moulding or MDF board are cut by the machine. For their sizes, they are controlled by the digital computer. The difference range of the sizes is from + 1mm to – 1 mm which is very accurate.
3. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
4. The finishing of the frames are handmade by the workers. So each frame you buy from us is solo one in the world.
5. There is a dust-free workshop in our factory and the last coat is done there. The work environment in that workshop makes sure that there is no dust the surface of the product.
6. Skilled workers polish the products many times to ensure the surface is ready for next paint.
7. 5 Layers master carton is used to protect the goods from any damage from our warehouse to yours.

Before the container arrives at your port, a kindly email will be sent you as a reminder to remind you the container will arrive soon. Thirdly, after you receive and check the goods, we need your help to give us some feedback on the quality of the goods such as the packing, the details of the goods and so on.
 
4. What kind of QC is done in our factory?
 
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
 
5. Why our price term is FOB Wuhan?
 
Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00.
