1. The MDF used in all the products are environmental. Its hazardous substance contents are conformed to the international standard such as RoHS. Our always used MDF is Carb2 Standard, which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L. And other standard MDF can be provided such E1 or E0.
2. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
3. The frame moulding, glass or the back of the frame are cut by digital machine. The machine is connected to the computer. And our workers adjust their sizes in computer program to make sure the random error between the actual sizes and the required sizes is within 1mm difference.
4. All the painting on the surface of the products are 100% handmade.
5. The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
6. Every side of the product is perfectly polished before their painting.
7. The master cartons and pizza box are very strong to protect the goods during the transportation to the customers.

And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.
