1. The MDF used in all the products are environmental. Its hazardous substance contents are conformed to the international standard such as RoHS. Our always used MDF is Carb2 Standard, which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L. And other standard MDF can be provided such E1 or E0.
2. The product specification is controlled by strictly with an error of +/- 1mm. How can it be ensure? All the part of the items are cut by the digital machine which is handled by the computer program.
3. Our paint is lead-free which content of lead is very low to meet the exporting standard.
4. The last finishing step is 100% handmade by skilled workers. Each product you order is an unique in the world.
5. The finishing coat of each item is made in the dust-free workshop. In this plant, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products.
6. Polishing the surface of each product before next paint is a necessary step. This step makes sure the paint can adhere to the surface of the product good enough
7. All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
8. Mail order packing or drop test packing is workable for us because we have some customers who specialize in online business. So we have much experience in this kind packing.
9. Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.

1. When can you get the information you need from us after you contact with us?
 
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.
 
2. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
 
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
 
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
If you just need one or two piece of the samples, they are free. However, If you need more than that, the samples will be charged and the sample fee can be returned to you if there is an order from your side.
 
4. After the goods is shipped out to you, what will we do for you?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
5. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
 
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing. Finally, we will open the cartons randomly before the shipment. We do our best to control the quality of every product for our customer.
