Features:
 

1. Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
2. The mail order packing and drop testing packing is workable for us as we have some customers who specialized in buying them.
3. There is a windy system in one workshop which is used for paint. This system and keep the dust not floating in the air so as to make sure there is no dust to attach on the surface of the product.
4. Each part such as the frame and back is cut by the machine which has a computer control. The digital control is to make sure the precision of cutting is from + 1mm to – 1mm.
5. MDF used in the mass production is E1 or Carb2 standard.
6. The lead content of the paint is very low, which is no more than 0.06mg/L if you need.
7. All the painting on the surface of the products is 100% handmade.
8. 5 – Layer master cartons are used for protecting your goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.

1. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples are finished?
 
It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
 
2. How quickly we can response after your inquiry?
 
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.
 
3. What can we do for you after the goods is shipped out?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
4. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
 
5. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
 
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always says that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system.
