Features:
 

1. Every side of the product is perfectly polished before their painting.
2. The paint used on the frames is no lead content which means the lead is below 0.06mg/L.
3. Each part such as the frame and back is cut by the machine which has a computer control. The digital control is to make sure the precision of cutting is from + 1mm to – 1mm.
4. There is a dust-free workshop in our factory and the last coat is done there. The work environment in that workshop makes sure that there is no dust the surface of the product.
5. The products you purchase from us are almost handmade. So there is no other one which is the same with the one your buy.
6. All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is evens less if the customers need.
7. The pizza box we normally use as the individual packing for the item can be changed to closed white box if you need.
8. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.

Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, and the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.
 
4. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples are finished?
 
It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
 
5. How much you need to pay for the samples?
