1. The paint we use on the frame is very good paint which is up to the RoHS or CE standard.
2. The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
3. Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This step is ensure that next paint can cover the product uniformly.
4. Carb2 or E1 Standard MDF is used in the mass production.
5. The products are clean wiped without the dust as the finishing coat is done in one no-dust workshop.
6. The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.
7. Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.
8. The individual packing can be changed from Pizza box to other kind box such as closed box, window box, colorful box.

Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.

5. After the goods is shipped out to you, what will we do for you?

Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need.
