Features:
 

1. The MDF materials we use are up to standard E1 or Carb2.
2. The paint we use are environmental, almost is lead Free.
3. The moulding or MDF board are cut by the machine. For their sizes, they are controlled by the digital computer. The difference range of the sizes is from + 1mm to – 1 mm which is very accurate.
4. The finishing coat is made in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. So for the finished items, their surface is without any dust.
5. There is a windy system in one workshop which is used for paint. This system and keep the dust not floating in the air so as to make sure there is no dust to attach on the surface of the product.
6. Our master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/ and the middle paperboard is 100g/ and the inner paperboard is 120g/. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.
7. The product will be burnished so many times before it goes to next paint to make sure the paint can easily cover the surface of the product.
8. Rust prevention is obligatory to do on the hardness before they are used in the mass production.
9. Frame corners are joined by a high frequency healed machine. So the glue at the corners can be drying very fast to make the corners strong enough.

2. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there Is an order from your side.
 
3. Why our price term is FOB Wuhan?
 
Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.
 
4. What we can provide with you after the goods is shipped out from our factory?
 
Firstly, we will show you the mass production photos of your order. Secondly, after we get the information of the vessel from the forwarder, we will inform you as soon as we can to help to buy the insurance of the shipment. Thirdly, we will send you a kind reminder if the container arrives at your port. Finally, we will also follow the sales of this container in your market
 
5. What we can do for protection of the goods during the long distance transportation
 
Some filler will be added in to the cartons such as PEP bag, Foam Sheet to give enough protection for the goods to reduce the risk of possible damage which is caused in the long transportation from our factory to your warehouse
 
6. How about the MOQ and MOA of the order
 
The MOQ of each product are 200pcs and the MOQ of each order is on less then 10 thousand of US dollars. Of course, for the first order, the MOQ and MOA can be discussed.
