Features:
 

1. Carb2 or E1 Standard MDF is used in the mass production.
2. The paint used in the frames is very clean which is ok for RoHS. For example, the lead content is very low, which is less than 0.06mg/L.
3. All the products are cut by digital control machine so the difference between the actual sizes of the products and your required sizes of the products are within +/- 1mm. It means our precision of the products sizes in frame industry is very high.
4. The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
5. The finishing coat of each item is done in the no dust workshop. In this workshop, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products. In this way, the last paint does not have any dust on it. So the whole product looks clean and smooth.
6. The surface of the product will be polished by machine fristly and then by skilled workers. In this way, before next paint, the surface of the product is as smooth as possible
7. The master cartons are 5 layers which is strong enough to protect the goods during the shipment to the clients.
8. 5 – layer master cartons are used for protecting your goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
9. Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.

1. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
 
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing. Finally, we will open the cartons randomly before the shipment. We do our best to control the quality of every product for our customer.
 
2. After the goods is shipped to you, what kind of service you will still enjoy?
 
Firstly, we will show you the mass production photos of your order. Secondly, after we get the information of the vessel from the forwarder, we will inform you as soon as we can to help to buy the insurance of the shipment. Thirdly, we will send you a kind reminder if the container arrives at your port. Finally, we will also follow the sales of this container in your market..
 
3. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?
 
Usually, we will give you the reply immediately and if it is out of our working hours, we will give you the feedback within 12 hours.
 
4. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
 
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
 
5. If your order is a LCL order, how to ship it out?
 
In fact, we always ask our customers to ship the goods directly from Wuhan port. However, if the order is a LCL order, there is no choice but to ship the goods to Shanghai port firstly and then load them into the container with other goods there, There is a big trouble that it is more than 1000kms from Wuhan to Shanghai, So how to protect the goods from the damage is most important for LCL order. We always use the bubble bag for each item and then add 1 cm or 2 cm thickness foam sheet to the 6 insides of the master cartons to reduce the possibility of the damage for the goods.
