1. Only the MDF which can be workable for E1 or Carb2 standard can be used in the mass production, which Formaldehyde content is no more than 1.5mg/L.
2. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe
3. The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.
4. The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
5. The products are clean wiped without the dust as the finishing coat is done in one no-dust workshop
6. Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This step is ensure that next paint can cover the product uniformly.
7. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
8. Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.
9. The quality of the white pizza box is up to the international standard
10. Frame corners are joined by a high frequency healed machine. So the glue at the corners can be drying very fast to make the corners strong enough.

1. What we can do for protection of the goods during the long distance transportation?
 
Some filler will be added in to the cartons such as PEP bag, Foam Sheet to give enough protection for the goods to reduce the risk of possible damage which is caused in the long transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
 
2. How does our QC team work in our factory?
 
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
 
3. How about the after sales service we can provide?
 
We keep in touch with clients, reply email timely and meet client’s requirements at the first. We have professional shipping department, we also help client to handle different shipping arrangements.
 
4. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there Is an order from your side.
