Features:
 

1. The mirror is washed by the water in the machine and dried in the machine as well. So the mirror is very clean and no dirty mark on it in the product.
2. Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production. It means the content of formaldehyde is very low.
3. The sizes of the products can be controlled within the random error which from plus 1 mm to minus 1 mm. Because all the frame moulding, or back or glass is cut by the machine which is connected to the computers so the workers can easily cut them very accurately.
4. The paint is lead free which contains the very few lead - no more than 0.06mg/L.
5. The last step of the finishing is made by the skilled workers. So the surface of the frame is an unique in the world.
6. The finishing coat of each item is made in the dust-free workshop. In this plant, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products.
7. The surface of each product is polished as smooth as possible before each paint to make sure the finihsed paint is nice looking.
8. The master cartons, which are used to protect the goods, are very strong, Its standard can meet the international standard for the cartons.
9. We can make the packing to satisfy the mail order packing or drop test packing.
10. Some colorful labels or item labels can be attached to the normal pizza box.

It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
 
3. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
 
If you just need one or two piece of the samples, they are free. However, If you need more than that, the samples will be charged and the sample fee can be returned to you if there is an order from your side.
 
4. How about the after sales service we can provide?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
5. How about the QC system in our factory?
 
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment.
