3. The tolerant error range of our products is just +/- 1mm. All the cutting production process is well controlled by the machine which is connected to the computer. So it can be called digital controlled production process.
4. MDF which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L can be used in the mass production and this can MDF we can call them E1 MDF or Carb2 MDF. E1 MDF is suitable for European market and Carb2 MDF is workable for USA market.
5. The paint we use does not contain dangerous substance such as lead.
6. The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
7. 5 – layer master cartons are used for protecting your goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.

Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
2. How long can the customers get the samples after the samples are required?
 
It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
