Features:
 

1. MDF which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L can be used in the mass production and this can MDF we can call them E1 MDF or Carb2 MDF. E1 MDF is suitable for European market and Carb2 MDF is workable for USA market.
2. The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
3. The product will be burnished so many times before it goes to next paint to make sure the paint can easily cover the surface of the product.
4. The finishing coat of each item is done in the no dust workshop. In this workshop, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products. In this way, the last paint does not have any dust on it. So the whole product looks clean and smooth.
5. The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.
6. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
7. The pizza box we use for the individual packing is white color and the white is just like the pearl white. We also can make other kind of white such glossy white if you need.
8. All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.

We will send your reply timely if we are online or in our working hours. If it is too late for us to give you're the reply, the reply can be sent you in 12 hours as the deadline we promise to you.
 
2. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?
 
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
 
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
 
4. What we can provide with you after the goods is shipped out from our factory?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
5. How about the QC system in our factory?
 
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the pa
