Features:
 

1. All the finishing is 100% hand made by skilled workers. So for each piece of the product, it is the only one in the world.
2. E1 E0 and Carb2 standard MDF can be used in the frame at your request.
3. The paint we use on the frame is very good paint which is up to the RoHS or CE standard.
4. Our master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/ and the middle paperboard is 100g/ and the inner paperboard is 120g/. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.
5. There is a windy system in one workshop which is used for paint. This system and keep the dust not floating in the air so as to make sure there is no dust to attach on the surface of the product.
6. The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.
7. Skilled workers polish the products many times to ensure the surface is ready for next paint.
8. Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.

1. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
 
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
 
2. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
 
3. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?
 
Usually, we will give you the reply immediately and if it is out of our working hours, we will give you the feedback within 12 hours.
 
4. If you order a sample, when can you get it?
 
You will get the samples in 3-5 working days based on the quantity you ordered.
 
5. How about the after sales service we can provide?
 
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
