• 35% Paint

Features:

1. All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is even less if the customers need.
2. The paint we spray on the frame is very clean. The lead content is very low and we can say it is lead-free.
3. Each part such as the frame, inlay, glass or back is cut by the machine which has a computer control. The digital control is to make sure the precision of cutting is from + 2mm to – 2mm.
4. The frame moulding is made by ourselves. So you can change the sizes of the frame moulding if you need.
5. This kind frame is also can be sold online as we can provide the mail order packing or drop testing packing with you for this kind frame
6. The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
7. Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
8. The individual packing can be changed from Pizza box to other kind box such as closed box, window box, colorful box.
9. The master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated papers which are very strong to protect the goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse in the container,
