Features:
 

1. All of our products are clean wiped with out any dust. Why? The finishing coat is made at one no-dust workshop in our factory.
2. All the products are cut by digital control machine so the difference between the actual sizes of the products and your required sizes of the products are within +/- 1mm. It means our precision of the products sizes in frame industry is very high.
3. The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
4. The finishing of the frames are handmade by the workers. So each frame you buy from us is solo one in the world.
5. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which content the lead is no more than 0.06mg/L.
6. Before each painting, the surface of each product is polished smoothly.
7. The packing for each item can be varied such as shrink wrap, bubble bag, PEP bag, white box with labels, printed colorful box and so on.

3. How about the QC system in our factory?
 
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment.
 
4. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
 
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.
 
5. How long can the customers get the samples after the samples are required?
 
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
