1. MDF which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L can be used in the mass production and this can MDF we can call them E1 MDF or Carb2 MDF. E1 MDF is suitable for European market and Carb2 MDF is workable for USA market.
2. The paint we spray on the frame is very clean. The lead content is very low and we can say it is lead-free.
3. The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.
4. The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
5. The finishing coat of each item is done in the no dust workshop. In this workshop, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products. In this way, the last paint does not have any dust on it. So the whole product looks clean and smooth
6. The surface of each product is polished as smooth as possible before each paint to make sure the finished paint is nice looking.
7. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
8. The mail order packing is ok for this kind frame. It means this product can be sold online if you need.
9. The individual packing can be changed to colorful box if you need.

FQAS:
 
1. If your order is a LCL order, how to ship it out?
 
In fact, we always ask our customers to ship the goods directly from Wuhan port. However, if the order is a LCL order, there is no choice but to ship the goods to Shanghai port firstly and then load them into the container with other goods there, There is a big trouble that it is more than 1000kms from Wuhan to Shanghai, So how to protect the goods from the damage is most important for LCL order. We always use the bubble bag for each item and then add 1 cm or 2 cm thickness foam sheet to the 6 insides of the master cartons to reduce the possibility of the damage for the goods.
 
2. How about the QC system in our factory?
 
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment.
 
3. After the goods is shipped to you, what kind of service you will still enjoy?
 
We keep in touch with clients, reply email timely and meet client’s requirements at the first. We have professional shipping department, we also help client to handle different shipping arrangements.
 
4. The samples will be charged or not?
 
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order
 
5. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
 
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
