Features:

1. There is a windy system in one workshop which is used for paint. This system and keep the dust not floating in the air so as to make sure there is no dust to attach on the surface of the product.
2. The paint used on the frames is no lead content which means the lead is below 0.06mg/L.
3. All the painting on the surface of the products is 100% handmade.
4. MDF which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L can be used in the mass production and this can MDF we can call them E1 MDF or Carb2 MDF. E1 MDF is suitable for European market and Carb2 MDF is workable for USA market.
5. The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.
6. Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
7. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
8. Your own logo or any patterns you like can be printed on the white pizza box if your order quantity is ok.

1. What can we do for you after the goods is shipped out?

For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.

Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.

Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.

4. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?

If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.

5. If you order a sample, when can you get it?

We can finish the sample order within a very short period such as 5 working days because there are some workers in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
