Features:
 

1. Only the MDF which fits E1 or Carb2 standard will be used in the mass production.
2. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
3. The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.
4. The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
5. There is a dust-free workshop in our factory and the last coat is done there. The work environment in that workshop makes sure that there is no dust the surface of the product.
6. Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This step is ensure that next paint can cover the product uniformly.
7. All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
8. Your own logo or any patterns you like can be printed on the white pizza box if your order quantity is ok.
9. The mat in the items is acid free. It means it can keep the color not fade for a long time. For this item, it can keep white for at least one year.

1. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?

2. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?
 
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
 
3. Does the samples are free to provide or not?
 
If you just need one or two piece of the samples, they are free. However, If you need more than that, the samples will be charged and the sample fee can be returned to you if there is an order from your side
 
4. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
5. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
 
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment.
