3. All of our products are clean wiped with out any dust. Why? The finishing coat is made at one no-dust workshop in our factory.
4. Our paint is lead-free which content of lead is very low to meet the exporting standard.
5. E1 E0 and Carb2 standard MDF can be used in the frame at your request.
6. The specification of every product in our mass production has a very narrow random error range. It is just from + 1mm to - 1mm.
7. All the painting on the surface of the products is 100% handmade.

1. How about the samples delivery time?
 
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such as 5 working days because there are some workers in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
 
2. What shall we do after the goods are shipped out to you?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
3. How long will it take for us to reply your inquiry?
 
Usually, we will give you the reply immediately and if it is out of our working hours, we will give you the feedback within 12 hours.
 
4. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there is an order from your side.
 
5. How does our QC team work in our factory?
 
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three levels? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing.
