2. All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is even less if the customers need.
3. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
4. The digital cutting machine is used to product the frames or backs or glass. To make sure the random error of the required sizes is within 2mm. It means the range is from + 1mm to - 1mm.
5. 100% handmade finishing on the frame shows the optional style of the products.
6. All the hardware is rust prevention to make sure there is no rust when the goods arrive at your warehouse.
7. Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
8. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.

You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.

3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.
 
4. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well
 
5. If your order is a LCL order, how to ship it out?
 
In fact, we always ask our customers to ship the goods directly from Wuhan port. However, if the order is a LCL order, there is no choice but to ship the goods to Shanghai port firstly and then load them into the container with other goods there, There is a big trouble that it is more than 1000kms from Wuhan to Shanghai, So how to protect the goods from the damage is most important for LCL order. We always use the bubble bag for each item and then add 1 cm or 2 cm thickness foam sheet to the 6 insides of the master cartons to reduce the possibility of the damage for the goods.
