Features:
 

1. Only the MDF which fits E1 or Carb2 standard will be used in the mass production.
2. Only +/- 1mm random error is allowed on the product sizes.
3. The paint used on the frames are no lead content which means the lead is below 0.06mg/L.
4. All the finishing is 100% hand made by skilled workers. So for each piece of the product, it is the only one in the world.
5. All of our products are clean wiped with out any dust. Why? The finishing coat is made at one no-dust workshop in our factory.
6. The product will be burnished so many times before it goes to next paint to make sure the paint can easily cover the surface of the product.
7. All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
8. Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?

It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
 
3. Does the samples are free to provide or not?
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 pieces, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.

5. How about the QC system in our factory?
 
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system.
