1. The MDF used in all the products are environmental. Its hazardous substance contents are conformed to the international standard such as RoHS. Our always used MDF is Carb2 Standard, which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L. And other standard MDF can be provided such E1 or E0.
2. The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
3. The sizes of the products are controlled to cut by the digital machine which is attached to computer. The workers can easily to control the random error at the range of + / - 1 mm.
4. The surface of the product will be polished by machine fristly and then by skilled workers. In this way, before next paint, the surface of the product is as smooth as possible.
5. Only free-lead paint is used for the painting on the frame.
6. Your own logo or any patterns you like can be printed on the white pizza box if your order quantity is ok.
7. The master cartons and pizza box are very strong to protect the goods during the transportation to the customers.
8. The finishing coat of each item is made in the dust-free workshop. In this plant, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products.

1. What can we do for you after the goods is shipped out?
