5. 100% handmade finishing on the frame shows the optional style of the products.
6. Only free-lead paint is used for the painting on the frame.
7. All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
8. Only the MDF which can be workable for E1 or Carb2 standard can be used in the mass production, which Formaldehyde content is no more than 1.5mg/L.

1. The samples will be charged or not?

The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 pieces, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.

2. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?

You will get the samples in 3-5 working days based on the quantity you ordered.

3. How about the QC system in our factory?

Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system.
