Features:
 

1. Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production.
2. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
3. The tolerant error range of our products is just +/- 1mm. All the cutting production process is well controlled by the machine which is connected to the computer. So it can be called digital controlled production process.
4. 100% handmade finishing on the frame shows the optional style of the products.
5. The finishing coat is finished in dust-free workshop. All the goods are clean wiped
6. The surface of each product is polished as smooth as possible before each paint to make sure the finished paint is nice looking.
7. The master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated papers which are very strong to protect the goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse in the container.
8. This kind frame also can be sold online as we can provide the mail order packing or drop testing packing with you for this kind frame.
9. The pizza box we normally use as the individual packing for the item can be changed to closed white box if you need.

1. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?
 
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry
 
2. How does our QC team work in our factory?
 
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing. Finally, we will open the cartons randomly before the shipment. We do our best to control the quality of every product for our customer.
 
3. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?
 
3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.
 
4. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
 
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 pieces, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side
 
5. What we can do for protection of the goods during the long distance transportation?
 
Some filler will be added in to the cartons such as PEP bag, Foam Sheet to give enough protection for the goods to reduce the risk of possible damage which is caused in the long transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
