Features:

1. The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
2. The MDF materials we use are up to standard E1 or Carb2.
3. Polishing the surface of each product before next paint is a necessary step. This step makes sure the paint can adhere to the surface of the product good enough.
4. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
5. The digital cutting machine is used to product the frames or backs or glass. To make sure the random error of the required sizes is within 2mm. It means the range is from + 1mm to - 1mm.
6. The last step of the painting is done in dust-free workshop to make sure there is no dust on the surface of the products.
7. The master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated papers which are very strong to protect the goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse in the container.

1. How about the charges if you need some samples from us?

If you just need one or two piece of the samples, they are free. However, If you need more than that, the samples will be charged and the sample fee can be returned to you if there is an order from your side.

2. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?

We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.

In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.

3. When can you get the information you need from us after you contact with us?

The longest time is 12 hours.

4. If you order a sample, when can you get it?

The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.

5. What can we do for you after the goods is shipped out?

We keep in touch with clients, reply email timely and meet client’s requirements at the first. We have professional shipping department, we also help client to handle different shipping arrangements.
