1. Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production. It means the content of formaldehyde is very low.
2. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
3. All the products are cut by digital control machine so the difference between the actual sizes of the products and your required sizes of the products are within +/- 2mm. It means our precision of the products sizes in frame industry is very high.
4. We can make the packing to satisfy the mail order packing or drop test packing.
5. The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
6. Before each painting, the surface of each product is polished smoothly
7. 5 – layer master cartons are used for protecting your goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.

1. How quickly we can response after your inquiry
 
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.
 
2. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us.
 
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
 
3. The samples will be charged or not?
 
The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there Is an order from your side.
 
4. What can we do for you after the goods is finished and shipped out to you.
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
5. How about the QC system in our factory
 
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
