1. MDF we use to produce the frames are up to the standard E1 at least, which content formaldehyde is no more than 1.5mg/L. And Carb2 and E0 MDF also are workable fur us if the customers need.
2. The moulding or MDF board are cut by the machine. For their sizes, they are controlled by the digital computer. The difference range of the sizes is from + 1mm to – 1 mm which is very accurate
3. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which content the lead is no more than 0.06mg/L.
4. The last finishing step is 100% handmade by skilled workers. Each product you order is an unique in the world.
5. There is a dust-free workshop in our factory and the last coat is done there. The work environment in that workshop makes sure that there is no dust the surface of the product
6. Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This step is ensure that next paint can cover the product uniformly.
7. Our mater cartons are strong enough which is 5 layers can protect the goods from our warehouse to yours.
8. The mail order packing and drop testing packing is workable for us as we have some customers who specialized in buying them.

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?
 
The longest time is 12 hours..
 
2. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?
 
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
 
3. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
 
If you just need one or two piece of the samples, they are free. However, If you need more than that, the samples will be charged and the sample fee can be returned to you if there is an order from your side.
 
4. What kind of QC is done in our factory?
 
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing. Finally, we will open the cartons randomly before the shipment. We do our best to control the quality of every product for our customer.
 
5. Why our price term is FOB Wuhan?
 
Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.
