1. The mirror is washed by the water in the machine and dried in the machine as well. So the mirror is very clean and no dirty mark on it in the product.
2. MDF we use to produce the frames are up to the standard E1 at least, which content formaldehyde is no more than 1.5mg/L. And Carb2 and E0 MDF also are workable fur us if the customers need.
3. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
4. The sizes of the products can be controlled within the random error which from plus 1 mm to minus 1 mm. Because all the frame moulding, or back or glass is cut by the machine which is connected to the computers so the workers can easily cut them very accurately.
5. 100% handmade finishing on the frame shows the optional style of the products.
6. The finishing coat is finished in dust-free workshop. All the goods are clean wiped.
7. The product is needed to polish three time at least before next paint to make sure that the paint can easily attach to the surface of the product.
8. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse..
9. The mail order packing is ok for this kind frame. It means this product can be sold online if you need.

2. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
 
Usually the samples can be finished in 3 to 5 days. However, if your samples order is a little complex, maybe it will take one or two more days.
 
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
If you just need one or two piece of the samples, they are free. However, If you need more than that, the samples will be charged and the sample fee can be returned to you if there is an order from your side
