• 40% Paint
• 8% Photos and glass

Features:

1. All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is even less if the customers need.
2. The mat used in this frame is acid free and it can keep white for a long time.
3. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
4. Each part such as the frame, inlay, glass or back is cut by the machine which has a computer control. The digital control is to make sure the precision of cutting is from + 2mm to – 2mm.
5. All the finishing is 100% hand made by skilled workers. So for each piece of the product, it is the only one in the world.
6. We can make the packing to satisfy the mail order packing or drop test packing.
7. The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
8. Glass is washed and drying by the a machine The glass is very clean and transparent.
9. The individual packing can be changed from Pizza box to other kind box such as closed box, window box, colorful box.
10. The master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated papers which are very strong to protect the goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse in the container,
