1. E1 E0 and Carb2 standard MDF can be used in the frame at your request
2. The sizes of the products can be controlled within the random error which from plus 1 mm to minus 1 mm. Because all the frame moulding, or back or glass is cut by the machine which is connected to the computers so the workers can easily cut them very accurately.
3. The paint used in the frames is very clean which is ok for RoHS. For example, the lead content is very low, which is less than 0.06mg/L.
4. The finishing of the frames are handmade by the workers. So each frame you buy from us is solo one in the world.
5. The finishing coat is made in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. So for the finished items, their surface is without any dust
6. The surface of the product will be polished by machine fristly and then by skilled workers. In this way, before next paint, the surface of the product is as smooth as possible.
7. Our master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/ and the middle paperboard is 100g/ and the inner paperboard is 120g/. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.
8. Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.

1. How long can the customers get their required quotation or information after their inquiry?
 
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry
 
2. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 pieces, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.
 
3. How does our QC team work in our factory?
 
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
 
4. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
 
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers
 
5. How about the after sales service we can provide?
 
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive
