1. Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production. It means the content of formaldehyde is very low.
2. The precision of the sizes of the frames and the back is within + / - 1mm.
3. All the paint including priming paint or last paint does not contain the lead. So it is very clean paint.
4. The finishing of the frame are 100% handmade. So it is very high valued.
5. There is a dust-free workshop in our factory and the last coat is done there. The work environment in that workshop makes sure that there is no dust the surface of the product.
6. The surface of each product is polished as smooth as possible before each paint to make sure the finihsed paint is nice looking.
7. Our mater cartons are strong enough which is 5 layers can protect the goods from our warehouse to yours.

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry ?
 
We will send your reply timely if we are online or in our working hours. If it is too late for us to give you're the reply, the reply can be sent you in 12 hours as the deadline we promise to you.
 
2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
 
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
 
3. Does the samples are free to provide or not?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
 
4. After the goods is shipped to you, what kind of service you will still enjoy?
 
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
 
5. What kind of QC is done in our factory?
 
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing. Finally, we will open the cartons randomly before the shipment. We do our best to control the quality of every product for our customer.
