1. All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is even less if the customers need.
2. Only free-lead paint is used for the painting on the frame.
3. The tolerant error range of our products is just +/- 1mm. All the cutting production process is well controlled by the machine which is connected to the computer. So it can be called digital controlled production process.
4. The finishing coat of each item is made in the dust-free workshop. In this plant, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products.
5. The surface of each product is polished as smooth as possible before each paint to make sure the finished paint is nice looking.

7. There are many hooks you can choose. The normal ones are triangle hooks and sawtooth hooks.
8. The facepapers are printed on the chrome paper which has different weight.
