4. The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
5. The frame moulding, glass or the back of the frame are cut by digital machine. The machine is connected to the computer. And our workers adjust their sizes in computer program to make sure the random error between the actual sizes and the required sizes is within 1mm difference.
6. The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
7. The surface of each product is polished as smooth as possible before each paint to make sure the finished paint is nice looking.

1. How about the QC system in our factory?
 
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
 
2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
 
Usually the samples can be finished in 3 to 5 days. However, if your samples order is a little complex, maybe it will take one or two more days.
 
3. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?
 
We promise we will reply the customers within 12 hours in working days.
 
4. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
