The shadow box tabletop frame is made of MDF with a painted inlay. This frame can be displayed in two ways. Either put the glass behind the inlay to create depth, or move the glass in front of the inlay to create a shadow box for your three-dimensional keepsakes. Fill your home or office with portraits of your life, framed within this 4" x 6" MDF shadow box table top frame. This beautiful frame features black outer frame within a white inlay and then has a 2 mm thickness white mat.

Features:

1. Only the MDF which can be workable for E1 or Carb2 standard can be used in the mass production, which Formaldehyde content is no more than 1.5mg/L.
2. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
3. The frame moulding, glass or the back of the frame are cut by digital machine. The machine is connected to the computer. And our workers adjust their sizes in computer program to make sure the random error between the actual sizes and the required sizes is within 2mm difference.
4. All the finishing is 100% hand made by skilled workers. So for each piece of the product, it is the only one in the world.
5. We can make the packing to satisfy the mail order packing or drop test packing.
6. The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
7. Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
8. 5 – layer master cartons are used for protecting your goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
