1. All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is even less if the customers need.
2. The paint used in the frames is very clean which is ok for RoHS. For example, the lead content is very low, which is less than 0.06mg/L.
3. The digital cutting machine is used to product the frames or backs or glass. To make sure the random error of the required sizes is within 2mm. It means the range is from + 1mm to - 1mm.
4. The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
5. Every item in the mass production is without any dust because the last coat is painted in one no dust workshop.
6. The surface of the product will be polished by machine fristly and then by skilled workers. In this way, before next paint, the surface of the product is as smooth as possible.
7. The master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated papers which are very strong to protect the goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse in the container.
8. The quality of the white pizza box is up to the international standard
9. Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.

3. The samples will be charged or not?
 
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.
 
4. After the goods is shipped out to you, what will we do for you?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.
