1. The mirror is washed by the water in the machine and dried in the machine as well. So the mirror is very clean and no dirty mark on it in the product.
2. Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production. It means the content of formaldehyde is very low.
3. The sizes of the products are controlled to cut by the digital machine which is attached to computer. The workers can easily to control the random error at the range of + / - 1 mm.
4. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
5. The finishing of the frame are 100% handmade. So it is very high valued.
6. In the mass production, each frame of this kind is very clean with no dust. The reason is that the last coat of each frame is painted in the dust-free plant.
7. The surface of the product will be polished by machine firstly and then by skilled workers. In this way, before next paint, the surface of the product is as smooth as possible.
8. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
9. The mail order packing is ok for this kind frame. It means this product can be sold online if you need.

1. Why our price term is FOB Wuhan?
 
Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.
 
2. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
 
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
 
3. The samples will be charged or not?
 
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.
 
4. After the goods is shipped out to you, what will we do for you?
 
We keep in touch with clients, reply email timely and meet client’s requirements at the first. We have professional shipping department, we also help client to handle different shipping arrangements.
 
5. How about the QC system in our factory?
 
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
