1. MDF we use to produce the frames are up to the standard E1 at least, which content formaldehyde is no more than 1.5mg/L. And Carb2 and E0 MDF also are workable fur us if the customers need.
2. All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
3. The digital cutting machine is used to product the frames or backs or glass. To make sure the random error of the required sizes is within 2mm. It means the range is from + 1mm to - 1mm.
4. 100% handmade finishing on the frame shows the optional style of the products.
5. The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
6. The product will be burnished so many times before it goes to next paint to make sure the paint can easily cover the surface of the product
7. The master cartons, which are used to protect the goods, are very strong, Its standard can meet the international standard for the cartons.
8. Drop test packing can be provided if you need.
9. Some colorful labels or item labels can be attached to the normal pizza box.
10. All the hardware is rust prevention to make sure there is no rust when the goods arrive at your warehouse.

Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
 
2. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
 
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 pieces, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.
 
3. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?
 
3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.
